This is a "Common Adventure", meaning that it has been planned and posted by a student or community member who simply wants to bring others with them on an adventure. The initiator of this trip is not a guide and does not assume responsibility for those who see them as one. If you sign up for a "common adventure", you are signing up to share the leadership and use consensus while taking part on the outing. These common adventures are posted spontaneously by the initiators who have taken the Trip Initator Clinic.
This is not a trip for the beginner, but certainly a trip for the one who likes long hours in the saddle. The idea is to ride about 120 miles along the Siuslaw River Road and the Smith River Road. The trip will take about two nights and three days, sleeping in BLM land and exploring the beautiful fall landscape. Sign up and get in touch with the initiator-- should be an epic ride before all the leaves go and snow falls. Sign up and get out there!
