Animal Tracking and Snowshoeing with the MNCH

Do you want to welcome February in the snow? Join the Museum of Natural and Cultural History and Peg Boulay from the Environmental Leadership Program on a one-day animal tracking workshop and snow shoe trip at Crescent Lake Sno-Park!

Participants need to bring their own lunch and a water bottle. The Museum is providing light snacks. It is essential for everyone to have their own snowshoes, poles, waterproof boots, and layered clothing with waterproof shell. If you need to rent gear the Outdoor Program Barn has a limited number of snowshoes and supplies available. You can also rent gear from Berg’s Ski and Snowboard Shop http://www.bergsskishop.com/info/ski-repairs-and-rentals.php (541-683-1300, located close to campus on 367 West 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401).
